Provide support for W.R. Grace World Corporate Headquarters in Boca Raton and Wide Area Network services for Grace employees worldwide.
· Responsible for diagnostic evaluation of software and hardware problems from Grace’s global Call Center.
· Applications supported by the Call Center are Microsoft Windows 95, Windows NT, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Mail, and other network software.
· Grace information system management challenged me to custom design automated programs in Excel and other applications to support the needs of W.R. Grace customers.
· Within the first three months working at Grace, a representative of senior management issued a “memo of commendation” for the work I performed in solving a system problem during a critical deadline period.
