Network Specialist, Advanced Communications Solutions Group

Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of customer networks and Fusive's internal technical infrastructure. Configuration and support for routers, switches, firewalls and Microsoft related components, which incorporate call center technologies, IP Telephony, Cisco AVVID, and overall data requirements for these technologies.

·          Responsible for determining all data requirements for new and existing data communication infrastructures, voice requirements and Microsoft applications traversing public and private networks.

·          Setup and configuration of Cisco devices and NT Servers.

·          Perform upgrades to all Cisco equipment and Microsoft related products.

·          Responsible for daily network monitoring, technical support for external customers and internal operations on location at Corporate Headquarters in Florida and offices in New York City.

·          Accountable for providing sound problem determination and resolution for software installations and upgrades, performance tuning and recovery.
