Computer Service Technician
After completing two successful years of internship/training during sophomore through senior years of Piper High School, was extended an offer to accept a full time position as computer service technician responsible for computer hardware assembly, software installation and network configuration. Was responsible for making personal service calls on a customer base which extended from the Florida Keys to West Palm Beach. Completed 3 ½ years of experience and real world training in computer service.
· Proficient in management of Novell Networks.
· Technical support expertise in software program such as Microsoft Windows 3.1x , 95, NT, Microsoft Office and other various networking software.
· Repair capabilities and experience include PC’s, printers, laser printers and PC Upgrades.
· Experienced in offering consulting services for software and hardware configurations.
· Training experience with clients in instruction in utilization of various software and hardware applications.
